Ribs – The Instant Pot Way
This was the first thing that I cooked in my Instant Pot. Delicious , but can’t way to try other recipes for ribs. Exclusive Instant Pot recipe.
Course Main Course
Cuisine American
- 1/2 Rack baby back ribs Costco’s Large ribs
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 each bouillon cubes
- 1/2 cup barbeque Sause your favorite
Marinate the ribs for a couple hours in your favorite BBQ sauce, I like Baby Ray’s,
Add 1 1/2 cup beef broth or water (or water and bouillon cubes) and pressure cook for 40 minutes on high pressure. NOTE: no need to increase water if making more ribs then recipe calls for.
Be careful to remove the ribs, they will be falling apart. They will look ugly, but don’t worry.
Baste with more BBQ sauce, then grill them on a BBQ or under the broiler at 450-500 degrees until nice and brown
