Ribs – The Instant Pot Way
This was the first thing that I cooked in my Instant Pot. Delicious , but can’t way to try other recipes for ribs. Exclusive Instant Pot recipe.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Rack baby back ribs Costco’s Large ribs
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 each bouillon cubes
- 1/2 cup barbeque Sause your favorite
Instructions
- Marinate the ribs for a couple hours in your favorite BBQ sauce, I like Baby Ray’s,
- Add 1 1/2 cup beef broth or water (or water and bouillon cubes) and pressure cook for 40 minutes on high pressure. NOTE: no need to increase water if making more ribs then recipe calls for.
- Be careful to remove the ribs, they will be falling apart. They will look ugly, but don’t worry.
- Baste with more BBQ sauce, then grill them on a BBQ or under the broiler at 450-500 degrees until nice and brown
