Moms Family Cheesecake

Mom would make this for almost all holidays and special occasions. The kids would ask for this rather than a regular birthday cake.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium eggs beaten, 2 oz
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/3 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 lb cream cheese
  • 2 1/3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 each graham cracker crust 8 or 9 in

Method
 

  1. Beat Eggs. Add sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and Softened cream cheese. Beat all until light and fluffy. pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven for exactly 23 minutes.
  2. Add 7 ssp sugar, 2 cups sour cream and 2 tsp vanilla to a bowl and mix. At to top of each cake and bake for an additional 10 min.
  3. Remove from oven. Let cool on a rack for at least an hour. Place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours to cool
