My mom’s recipe. I don’t make enough.
Ingredients
- 2 cups potatoes, cubed
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 1/2 ounces Onion
- 1 ounce butter
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Sautee onions in butter. Peel and chop potatos and boil. strain. Add milk, onions and spices. Peper to taste.
Serves 2 to 4.
